No he wasn't, and Anime and Manga are different. There are many parts in the anime which is not official, so Manga scans dominate. Either bring scans or you got no real solid proof.

While that thinking is logical, Sasuke's actions don't make sense via that luck logic.

No sasuke just imagined it someone coming behind . It was just Sarada's love of Echo to her father . They are mostly used in Movies or Manga .

It is even more common used in movies hearing Mirage voices to someone there behind you .

I wouldn't say Manga is Part 3 more like Spin off Series about Next Generation sorry there are no enemies . The chapters are around 30 he will end the Short spin off around 6 months ..
