I don't get why people doubt Zoro

It seems like its only because he is not a captain multiple times Oda has showed us that Zoro is special many One Piece characters are surprised that he is not captain and plus the fact that he is SuperNova

He needs way more respect i see Luffy barely beating em it would be a battle like Lucci vs Luffy but 10X better

Are you serious? Sanji/Smoker needs more respect, it's usually the Zoro fanboys that love to hate on him. How is he underrated? People saying Zoro can low-mid-diff. Smoker and he can defeat Vergo is underrating him? xD He's quite overrated. I'm a fan of both Zoro and Sanji but people overrate Zoro too much in discussions.

Well depends on what you mean by doubting. If you think he is stronger than Luffy, then that's not doubting but overrating. If you think he can defeat Doflamingo level and above, then it's overrating. However if you think he is equal or weaker than Sanji, then that's underrating. For someone who read the manga correctly, he would understand that as it stands, the difference between his strength and Luffy's is barely minimal. He stated himself in Fishmen island that the only difference between him and Luffy is the conqueror haki and Luffy thinks of Zoro as someone capable to defeat anyone(obviously in this case he is putting him in his perspective). The comparison in their portrayal is also pretty telling. Actually Zoro outperforms him at the moment, but it will change with his battle against Doflamingo

Indeed Sanji is getting underrated but i can understand why he is that defeat from Vergo and Doflamingo he needs to redeem himself but too me if feels like Oda is trying to put Luffy and Zoro on another tier eventually leaving Sanji to himself

I agree. Luffy had trouble dealing with executive level opponents(Ceaser and Chinjao) but Zoro is having no trouble dealing with a top executive. Luffys portrayal hasn't been that great compared to laws as soon as Law beat vergo. He's going to have to solo mingo for me to believe he's stronger than law.

Luffy really didn't have trouble with em he fooled around with em IMO like Caesar yeah he caught em off guard and could have won the battle if they were alone with that OP ability of his too take away the air was it?

How is Zoro the perfect counter for Smoker? Just because he's a logia? I don't think Oda is trying to put Zoro and Luffy on another tier as Sanji, if that was the case he wouldn't be matching Sanji up with strong opponents like Vergo/Doflamingo which neither Luffy/Zoro can beat 1v1.

Well Luffy mid diffed both of them, and he hasn't went all out yet, so... yeah. And he hardly fought chinjao using G2.

That's reasonable. I think that they can win but like you said, not with the feats they've shown. Law is just haxxed like that.
