She hasn't shown the necessary speed feats to intercept an Air Palm from someone with such a strong Air Palm such as Hiashi, so off the bat, Hiashi is taking Mei right out. From there, it's just Tsunade vs Hiashi. Both need CQC to win, but I'll give this to Hiashi. He's faster, and has Rotation to combat a ground smash from Tsunade, and right from Rotation he can end Tsunade with 8T64P.
