Well considering this is a shounen manga and romance was not addressed throughout the story this is not bad, and I am talking about the Naruto and Hinata interaction.
The Naruto and Sakura moment is not good, it would be ok if they explained it this way in the manga but this is too harsh and sudden for the NaruSaku fans . Lol.

LMAO. Rabid NH fan? Nah, all of the pairings in this manga are absolute shit. They're just the tip of the iceberg of the shit sandwich that Kishimoto story devolved into.

Lol What? he basically kicked her out tossing her to Kurenai, only reason she doesn't have a curse mark is because she's the first born.

I remembered it worded differently in the anime, probably because of the different translation.

He basically says that he doesn't care what happens to her.
Again, the wording and idea probably changes a bit depending on the translation.

He simply told Kurenai that her being a genin is just a waste of time for her since she's isn't even in the same level of her little sister, making that role far too dangerous for her, and if she wishes to continue then its her choice, which Kurenai comes in and defends her, the manga seems much harsher but the anime it seemed kinda causal

Anyway at the end he at least corrects his way, he only wanted a prodigy like Neji, he does apologize and begins treating her better par giving her back the title, since Hanabi is still the heiress as far as I know and side branch of the Hyuuga clan receives a curse mark being first or second child isn't the reason U_U

Yeah, at least he got better towards the end and starts amending his relationship with Hinata. Really after Neji's fight vs. Naruto he became a lot kinder.

Never ship in a shounen manga again is more like it. Horribly developed pairings are the norm, especially in the ones as big as this. One Piece has some pretty bad flaws, but at least Oda didn't bother to introduce that aspect at all.

Meh, not really. I don't remember it ever being stated the reason Naruto likes Sakura romantically. That line about Sakura loving Sasuke is pretty horrible though.

Not really. I'm actually glad he let someone with experience handle the romance aspect considering how badly he butchered it in his manga. My main problem with it is he literally only used it as a drama tool for 698 chapters and then BOOM, baby boom everywhere.

Her feelings not reaching Naruto doesn't mean he doesn't know they exist. He's apparently being written as an emotionally broken manchild, which actually isn't all that unbelievable considering for most of his childhood life he was the town pariah.
