*Stepping on to the plain field, Rex appears before Talos in his armor. He starts by activating his chakra sensory through voice command. Upon looking at him, he realizes that he has never met someone like him nor does he have any idea of his abilities but, better safe than sorry. He seemed like a formidable opponent. Nonetheless, Rex was never the type to shy away from a fight.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation
Note: The armor is in everything like a CW, having to be posted in the users bio and in the beginning of the fight.
Note: Each clan member has an armor which different looks but all have the above abilities

Rex would proceed to hold out a big scroll with his right hand, unravel it, and wave it around in a circle. The scroll would transform into a huge metal ball. As he swings it around, he ends it by bringing it down, having it crush Talos with its overwhelming size and power. The impact from the metal ball creates a big explosion on the ground, tossing up dust and rocks into air. Once he was done with his attack, the chain hammer turns back into a scroll and Rex leaves it on the ground, facing right side up.

(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump

Talos acknowledged the man who had arrived to challenge him, keen to know what he could put forth. The man drew a scroll unravelling it in a circular motion, as it turned into a chain hammer in the air. Talos formed a single handseal creating an orb of water, as the metal ball rained down at him the orb grew out 4 whips that together smack the metal ball back at it's owner, the metal ball would fly back and hit the man from above as the whips proceed to attack the man from both left and right, two from the right and two from the left.

As Rex was about to transform the scroll, he notices the water whips and decides not to go with the ball move, leaving the scroll on the ground. Instead he releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body and creates a dense armor in order to block the whips and render them useless. Once he blocks the whips, he would shed his armor as he likes to maintain his speed and didn't want the armor slowing him down.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

After defending, Rex would weave the necessary hand-seals to summon in front of him, his friends weapon, Tessiaga which he proceeds to grab with his left hand and strap it onto his back, using its strap. He thought to himself that its been awhile since he last saw it but, it was also the first time he had ever used it outside of training. Focusing his attention on Talos, Rex makes sure to keep his sensing active while also keeping a sharp eye out for anything that is out of place.

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Description: At first glance when not in use, the Tessaiga appears to be nothing more than a battered katana with a heavily chipped and rusted blade with the hilt's fabric tearing away. When wielded by Gaara the blade transforms. When transformed, the blade turns into an over-sized dog's fang.

Abilities:
*Fūton | Wind Style: Wind Scar - The user swings Tessaiga in a downward slash, sending an A-rank gust of wind capable of blowing away and slicing anything in its path up to mid-range.
*Fūton | Wind Style: Backlash Wave - The user swings Tessaiga in a diagonal ark, causing the blade to release a 12foot wave in front of them strong enough to block jutsus or throw away anything within short-range.

Restrictions:
*No other fūton jutsu can be used in the same turn as ether Wind Scar or Backlash Wave.
*Wind Scar and Backlash Wave cannot be used in the same turn.
*No S ranked fūton jutsu can be used in the turn following the use of Wind Scar or Backlash Wave.
*Backlash Wave can only defend against jutsus up to A-rank.
*If Backlash wave is used to blow back the opponent it is only B-rank wave.
*Wind Scar can only be used 2 times per battle.
*Backlash Wave can only be used 3 times per battle.
*The blades abilities count towards the move count.
*While the blade is unsheathed an held in hand, no fūton jutsu may be used.

Talos smirked, in the aftermath of that exchange as his opponent summons a sword, Talos always admired a sword, with that thought he formed the bird handseal charging straight at his opponent making 3 spikes protrude from the ground around him in an attempt to skewer him.

Talos then in quick succesion forms another handseal raising his hand rbrining down an electricle charge that fries his opponent.

(Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique

Thanks to his sensory, Rex is able to see the chakra gathering beneath him but, can't tell the nature type Talos is using. With no time to figure it out, Rex grabs with both hands, the scroll that he left on the ground while, channeling chakra into his jet-pack in order to release it in the form of a burst, launching himself upward and backward about five meters as he crouches. This was enough to avoid the spikes that surrounded him and were about to impale him. Tucking the scroll under his right arm, Rex can see Talos was enjoying this battle or maybe it was something else...who knows.

Not letting his guard down as he had no intention of losing and was planning to throw everything at Talos, he would notice the lightning coming at him. He would greet his attack by focusing wind chakra into his left hand and slam his fist into it, punching the lightning back and keeping it away from his body.

Landing back down, Rex takes the scroll he had under his arm and tosses it above Talos' head followed by a hand-seal. The scroll is engulfed by a cloud of smoke and emerging from the smoke, is a large golden cat statue that aims to crush him.

(Kuchiyose: Go-rudo Neko)-Summoning: Gold Cat

you've used 4 moves this turn. Armour thrust requires jetpack activation so thats two, the vortex and then the cat, making it 4 moves.
so that cat doesn't happend, not like i was gonna let it happend anyways. ;)

Continuing to run towards the man, he had witnessed the man who dodged by flying, punch the electrical discharge, talos kenw it was neutralized and in a split second thrust his palm towards the man releasing a shock wave aimed at his chest thats invisible to non dojutsu users, that shockwave hit the man in the chest breaking his ribs and making him suffer pain and trouble breathing as he fell to the ground.

Description: The user will thrust one palm forward, aiming at a desired body part belonging to the enemy, causing him to be blown back by using the water molecules in the air to release a shock wave. Due to the water molecules being very little in size, only doujutsu is capable of actually seeing the shock wave being created. A regular ninja will think its a simple palm thrust. Once the shock wave connects, it will be difficult for the enemy to breathe normally for one turn, due to the impact. This palm trust is powerful enough propel large summon up to long range.

I disagree. Unless I'm going blind here, it is only one move and in the description the key word is or meaning I can choose how want to use my Jet-pack out of the three options. I don't need to activate flight mode to evade an attack. The jet-pack is already there, I just have to focus my chakra. Although, I agree the gold cat doesn't happen. Btw a picture of the terrain would be nice. I'm assuming there is grass? Any trees?

Rex had noticed something while fighting Talos despite only meeting him for the first time. That every move he had made was never wasted and all were aimed to kill him. After dispersing the lightning which would take no time at all, he shifts his focus back to Talos. Just as he was preparing to throw his scroll, he sees Talos running towards him. He knew for a fact that Talos wouldn't stop attacking and neither would he. His goal was simple and it was to defeat him. He sees him bringing his palm in and thinks he is going for some taijutsu. This was perfect. All he had to do was block his attack while at the same time taking him down in one blow with one of his arms. With no time to throw and summon the cat, Rex changes plans and hardens his body. Once he blocked his attack, he would transform his free arm into a hammer and smash Talos. Giving him the win. Just when he thought he had him and upon impact, he would be propelled backward from the strike, being unable to negate the force of his attack. Talos would see Rex's body produce large cracks all over his chest and below as the change wasn't visible until the shock-wave struck him, as he is sent flying backwards several meters. He was shocked to see that his attack wasn't ordinary and wonders what the hell it was. Once he crashes and stops flying, he gets back up rather quickly.

Rex also wonders why his sensing couldn't pick up anything from that attack and so, he activates his motion sensory to see if that would do anything. If this didn't work, he figures he would have to rely on his speed and take him out once and for all.

Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation

Dropping his scroll once more, he gets annoyed as he wonders if he'll ever get to use it. He was planning on summoning Tessiaga but, was interrupted. This time he tries it again and straps it to his back.

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Description: At first glance when not in use, the Tessaiga appears to be nothing more than a battered katana with a heavily chipped and rusted blade with the hilt's fabric tearing away. When wielded by Gaara the blade transforms. When transformed, the blade turns into an over-sized dog's fang.

Abilities:
*Fūton | Wind Style: Wind Scar - The user swings Tessaiga in a downward slash, sending an A-rank gust of wind capable of blowing away and slicing anything in its path up to mid-range.
*Fūton | Wind Style: Backlash Wave - The user swings Tessaiga in a diagonal ark, causing the blade to release a 12foot wave in front of them strong enough to block jutsus or throw away anything within short-range.

Restrictions:
*No other fūton jutsu can be used in the same turn as ether Wind Scar or Backlash Wave.
*Wind Scar and Backlash Wave cannot be used in the same turn.
*No S ranked fūton jutsu can be used in the turn following the use of Wind Scar or Backlash Wave.
*Backlash Wave can only defend against jutsus up to A-rank.
*If Backlash wave is used to blow back the opponent it is only B-rank wave.
*Wind Scar can only be used 2 times per battle.
*Backlash Wave can only be used 3 times per battle.
*The blades abilities count towards the move count.
*While the blade is unsheathed an held in hand, no fūton jutsu may be used.
*Only Gaara an those allowed by him may wield the blade.

Quite the persistant one aren't we, Talos says as the opponent was sent flying back, as he noticed the earth armour he had used. As his opponent was about to hit the ground, talos formed a single handseal and slammed his hands on the ground making a pool of water erupt underneath him launching him into the air, as talos forms another handseal as he continues running toward the man making bullets launch from the pool that exploded upwards hitting the man and passing by him forming into a dragon that attacks him from above.

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

Sensing the water from below, Rex knew another attack was coming but, he wasn't going let it stop him from getting back at Talos, and so he simply lets the rest of the armor cancel out his attack. He was disoriented but, not damaged. The impact of the water forces him to drop his large scroll. After being shot by water bullets, bitten, and brought down by a water dragon, crashing straight into ground, Rex stands up, emerging from the water that was mixed with earth, becoming mud. "You too, old man." says Rex as he makes a hand-seal to generate a large wall of five tall tornadoes in front of himself and sends them towards Talos. The tornadoes push away the mud in front of Rex as they make they're way to the target.

Description: The user does the Ram hand seal and generates a large wall of 5 Tall tornadoes in front of him that are sent towards the opponent. A flying summoning with a wind affinity can create this technique by simply flapping their wings to generate the wind for the technique.

Even though it was covered in mud and was bit hard to look for, Rex goes and picks up the large scroll he had dropped in order to use it to set up his trap. Once he was done infusing his chakra, he throws it to his right side about two meters. He then focuses his attention on Talos to see how he will deal with the tornadoes.

Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)
Note: Takes one turn to set the trap up and wolves only last two turns

Talos in response to the incoming wall of tornadoes exhales a massive wall of flames that collides with, and consumes the tornadoes as it surges forward to destroy the opponent.

However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

As he was about to go and retrieve the scroll, Rex notices that the tornadoes have been overpowered by his opponent's attack. He was angry. He wouldn't be able to set up the trap that he wanted to leave for Talos and even if he could it wouldn't be enough to stop the fire, and so instead he decides to make a hand-seal, and exhale from his mouth a stream of water that takes on the form of a gigantic wave to deal with his attack.

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

Once the water finishes Talos, he releases a burst of chakra, using his will and force to strengthen his attacks.

Description : The will to keep fighting even if in the worsts situations or simply the will and pride a mandolore has. Mandolorians whom want to keeping fighting for their sheer thirst for blood, will use their will and force from deep within them, to keep fighting and gain a small boost. Only the strongest of the Mandolorian clan members are able to use this, feeling the need to protect their younglings and having too much pride to lose a battle. Upon using their will, the Mandolore gains +5 extra to all ninjutsu they use, and +10 to all taijutsu aswell. After the technique is worn out, the user's stamina decreases depending on the situation. If used at the start of battle then they will decrease -5 on all ninjutsu and -10 to all taijutsu he uses, for the next turn only. If used when being already worn out (after 4-6 turns have passed before using) their stamina will decrease the same way, however, it will remain like that for the following 3 turns.

Note: Only lasts 5 turns.
Note: Only useable x1 per battle.
Note: Must be a mandolorian clan member for atleast 2 weeks, before using.

He finishes by making a hand-seal and uses the water he expelled from his previous attack to create a total of 10 shuriken made of water. All aimed at Talos. Two aimed at his head, two on the lower right part of his leg, two on his left thigh, two into his stomach, and the last two moving in to pierce his chest. "Can't believe you beat my block n' smash", he thought.

Description: The user will perform the dog hand seal then wave either their left or right hand as they do this shuriken made of water that is hardened using the users chakra ,similar to the way water dagger jutsu works, the shuriken will spin at 20 miles an hour as they are formed in front of the user, the shuriken are 8 inches wide and a inch thick,then the user will push their hand foward causing 10 shuriken grouped together at first to launch at the opponent and can be controlled,but can only change direction once.

You can't change your mind about using the fire since it was your first move against the wind. You can only do it on your second or third.
