Mystic Gohan is said to be the strongest non fused character in DBZ. Goku said he couldn't take on Super-Boo. Gohan obliterated him effortlessly.

But battle of gods is canon to, that means Mystic Gohan got one shotted by bills. Yeah, not a great feat indeed.

It really depends whether you look at the Boo saga or the BOG movie.

I don't really think Goku or Vegeta should be stronger than Mystic Gohan. He was supossed to be the strongest in the universe :|
