And Sasuke awakend Rinnegan when he was almost dead and got his tomoes when he gained yin or Yang Chikara from Hagoromo ?

Kaguya developed the eye after she ate the fruit. Nothing suggests otherwise, as the flower of the tree seems to have it. Though I have seen that its Tomoes are inconsistent and has shown 6, like Sasuke's most of the time. Kaguya's eye has been called Sharingan and Rinnegan in the manga. So, it's technically both.

Madara awoke it after absorbing the tree as well. That much is a fact. Whether he even had it before it or not is a moot point.

Her doujutsu is called nothing more than a Kekkei Mora. It has no real name other than sharingan, which is essentially what Hagoromo called it.

Do you know japanese to proof to me it name in japanese databook is not rinne sharingan, how can someone cant translated it or translate it wrong,
I dont think the editors using some kind of alien language here

the writing of japanese is using kanji and have two style hiragana and katakana.

And it no brainer if translator failed at translating this two style of japanese word and resort to use false translation here in internet although they can
