Pretty sure that BM Naruto was dubbed as fake. And I'm unsure about the Toneri art, I've seen that exact one coloured but the middle bottom one lacks the drawn jawline that Kishi does.

And I can't see "tenseigan" in that top picture, even if the picture is rather small. (*Squint*)



His English seems pretty fine when he's talking normally but when it comes to translating, meaning gets altered and it comes across as queer.

He's either not actually Japanese or his ability to connect the two languages is skew-whiff.

what i know for sure is that he's fluent in japanese and live in Japan, you could be right, maybe he's chinese or korean.
but to be fair about him, sometimes it's very difficult to translate something from a language to another without losing entirely the depth of an entire paragraph.

I do believe he is Japanese (he swears like a trooper in English, not realizing it holds more brevity than in Japanese and his manner of speech is unbecoming Lol). I know translating Japanese can be difficult because many things aren't easily expressible in English but there is a standard that most can reach and sometimes, he just doesn't. The best way to translate Japanese to English is to find the middle ground between literal meaning and eloquent Englsih.

Because English is so flexible and vast, it's easier to translate because there's room to play with synonyms and structure. Translating it to other languages is much more difficult. Japonais-français est un excellent exemple.

For that reason, he gets mocked sometimes on NF.
