Junko Takeuchi says these in the pia interview

-As shes acted Naruto for 12 yrs, she's often thought of Naruto more than about herself, which is confusing.

-as announced the firm is themed on Love ,

-In the first part, Narutos love for Kushina is described.
Camaraderie love between Naruto and Sakura
Shika and Inos are for their late fathers.
Toneri is also a chara with some kind of love in a different form than other charas. (Ms Takeuchi doesn't go into details on this or romances)

-Naruto is no longer the one to be taught but on the teaching end and yet hasn't changed at heart. grown up not really mature.
-Sasuke is attentive to the extent that you'd think he doesn't have to worry about such things. He has his own set of values, which sort of shows his dignity and looks cool.

why does it even mention sakura in this like why, u always seem to mention her mates, Noodles doesnt love her in anyway, she not important to him
Only two character in the whole show important to noodles is hinata and sasuke hence the name secret lover and best friend sasuke
why doesnt sakura have that name with noodles or any name ??? cause she isnt important to him or his story
Hinata is cause hinata is from very important clan that noodles needs to change also hinata is the mother of his two kids
sasuke is because the whole manga is about sasuke and noodles
