While having the Byakugan
deactivated, Hyuga ninjas

Hyuga masters will be able
to do so without the need for
any hand seals and even
have it active passively for
long periods of time. Once
activated, the user gains
access to all of the abilities
the Byakugan bestows upon

Dojutsu, its main ability is
to see chakra and the
chakra flow in sentient
beings, the Byakugan adds a
complete new detail and
dimension to that ability.
The user can not only see
chakra and the chakra flow,
but also the circulatory
system and even the 361
tenketsu. Added to this
ability, once activated the
Byakugan grants the user a
near perfect field of vision
360º around himself (up to
long-range if he's a master)
. This field of vision has
only one blind spot, slightly
above the 3rd thoracic
vertebrae and facing
backwards but enables the
user to actually even see
his own chakra circulatory
system and chakra flow,
which explains why all
Hyuugas are so adept and
masterfull of precise chakra
control. The last ability the
Byakugan has is the ability
to zoom in and out, focusing
on specific things, piercing
beyond matter and energy
alike, as well as chakra.
This specific ability allows
the user to see pass most
barriers as well as physical
matter (like rock walls,
ground, etc) but also
energy, being able to focus
beyond chakra that might be
in front of them or other
energies. The zooming
ability is enhanced as the
user becomes more adept at
using his eyes and can even
reach distances above
20kms away. Some Hyugas
have shown a great
awareness regarding
agressiveness as well as
killing intent, detecting
such intentions and
emotions from others with
more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a
move from the users own
move count but once the
user reaches Sannin Rank
and has gained mastery
over Gentle Fist for 1
month, he can activate it
passively without spending
a move. Because of its low
chakra cost to maintain, the
user can keep it active
throughout the whole fight
as long as he has chakra
and stamina to do so.

As veins appear near his eyes, Minho deduces that he really is a Hyuga. Interesting. Minho told himself. He looked at Waaiz's eyes and his pitch black eyes turned bloody red with one tomoe. As Waaiz calls Minho "Minho-chan", Minho had to counter. "And to you too, Waaiz-chama." Minho took a gum from his right pocket. He opened it and chewed the apple flavored gum. What would he do next? Minho wondered.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

"You're on, shuck." As Waaiz releases the twister from his mouth, Minho raises his left hand and focuses his Lightning chakra to it. A hound-like structure made of Lightning is released from his hand. The hound is still connected to Minho's hand whatsoever. The hound was directed at the twister. It hit the twister however since lightning is weak to wind the wind still continued to Minho. He knew very well what was happening so he focuses more Lightning chakra to his right hand and punches the twister. This makes it disperse. Minho touches his right fist after the barrage of attacks.

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic- like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

I'd take it that this shuck is a wind specialist. another wild thought popped out in Minho's head. As Waaiz smiles, Minho smirks. Yes, he was having fun. He looks at Waaiz with his sharingan and sees him focusing his Wind chakra to his hand. Another jutsu. Seems like this one has lots of chakra embedded onto it. Minho thought. Better get defensed. He performs four handseals as Waaiz's chakra forms a giant hand. As he moves the hand in an arc of left, Minho slams his hands onto the ground and channels his chaka to his right side (your left). Quickly, an earth wall forms as the giant hand hits it. The earth wall gets destroyed and so does the giant wind chakra hand. Now to go offensive. Minho holds out his right hand and focuses large amounts of Lightning chakra to it. He focuses it to shape it like a ball of lightning. He thrusts it forward like a melee attack aimed at Waaiz. Curious about Waaiz's byakugan, Minho grabs his sword from his back and channels his chakra to it. He holds the sword with both hands and slices a crescent shaped slash. This is targeted to Waaiz and is expelled with a red chakra wave. "I want to see the Byakugan in the shuckiest way possible..." he whispered to himself however he purposely said it in a loud voice. ._. He returns his sword to its case shortly after.

Description: The user will first perform the Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and then creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Hizuren Sarutobi spits mud from his mouth to perform the jutsu whilst Kakashi creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain.

Minho, after releasing the A-Ranked Lightning jutsu saw Waaiz kneading wind chakra. Lightning was weak to Wind. With his sharingan, he could see that both were equal in power. But wind was stronger than lightning. Shuck it. There was a grin on his face. Quickly, he performs three handseals as Waaiz released his wind jutsu. As Waaiz's jutsu destroyed Minho's lightning jutsu, the weakened wind jutsu rivaled with Minho's newly released wind jutsu. It destroys Waaiz's jutsu, it became weakened but still continued onwards. "Again, that Byakugan really interests me." Minho's eyes had the faint of curiousity. Genjutsu. Minho inserted his chakra into Waaiz's brain. He makes him see that both of them; previously in the plain grassy field, are now in a dessert. Minho performed his sarcastic smile. As Waaiz counters, Minho kneaded his wind chakra in his lungs and exhaled it at Waaiz. It was able to push him back a little. I'm seeing that Byakugan today.

Waaiz sees Minho was able to counter that and He knows that Minho's wind jutsu will be able to move on nut it will be weak Waaiz waves 3 handseals and send his futon chakra towards the wind jutsu of Minho"s and sends it back to him then Waaiz sees Minho is channeling his chakra to Waaiz's brain "Seriously?", Waaiz says tauntingly (LEL ) As the chakra gets to Waaiz's brain and disturbs his chakra Waaiz quickly bits his lower lip hard as it get bleeds and breaks the Genjutsu then Waaiz sees a gust of Wind is coming towards him , Waaiz performs a single hand seal (Tiger) and releases a huge amount of intense fire from his mouth the fire covers a wide area (It is bigger than Madara's incomplete susanoo)...... "I think it is over hmm.."

Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.
