Assuming everyone is in their alive states:

-Orochimaru loses, restricting ET (requires prep time, sacrifices, and it's not really a true reflection of the shinobi's capabilities 1v1).
-Gai loses unless he's 8th gate, which means it's a draw because he dies after.
-Only DMS Kakashi wins (which was a temporary powerup anyways, not in his permanent arsenal), 1 MS loses.
-Bee loses.
-Minato is debatable. Itachi VS Minato is the closest matchup in the NV.
-Gaara loses. The premise that Gaara is the victor was mainly due to an excellent thread by Crossroads back in 2012 (or 2013?), but it was later debated in more detail, proving Itachi was the victor.

It's better to read the dialogue and keep in mind the environment than it is to just look at the pictures. He lost to Hebi Sasuke? He died due to his illness and wanted to give Sasuke that win, with him dying so that his brother would have a shot at acquiring MS. Even with his disease and chakra-taxing techs, he managed to outlast Hebi Sasuke. Yes, top ten when Kaguya and co are not included. And my fave is Nagato... who isn't in this thread. :c

No one included BM Minato. He's only showcased sensory abilities in BM mode. When alive, his body can't even handle Kurama's chakra. We all know that BM Minato beats Itachi quite handily. Clones he used when he had Kurama's chakra...what exactly is Minato's limit when he's alive? And SM that he nearly never used in combat. Lol Alive Itachi stands a good chance of beating Alive Minato. That's his level.

Gai doesn't make it to the 7th gate.
