What if Sasuke killed Obito with amataratsu when Itachi implanted it in his eye??
Would Konoha really accept him back for turning against the leaf and almost getting everyone killed in Sasuke retrieval ark but he did kill Orochimaru and 2 akatsuki members

Then the threads of fate would have shifted to Sasuke and Black Zetsu would have made him the new mastermind and final antagonist, which he pretty much was anyway lols.

They would accept him because Tsunade was already sparring him by allowing Naruto and Sakura look for Sasuke and not having the kill order on Sasuke. Sasuke wouldn't know the truth so have no reason to not want to head home; when he returned with Orochimaru, Juugo, and Suigetsu he went on top of a pole to take in the feeling of being back in the village just like Naruto did after the time skip

A lot of things would not happen then, this entire war for one. Although Naruto would have vouched for Sasuke regardless.

Well if Obito died at that time, then Sasuke would never get the EMS. Obito had absorbed Itachi's corpse into Kamui so there would be no way to access it.

Now with Obito gone, BZ would likely try to manipulate Sasuke. I'd imagine he would also tell Sasuke the truth about Itachi assuming he knows most of the story as a way to get him on his side. Without Obito, Kabuto would be a wild-card; he would have the Edo-Tensei and DSM. Kabuto originally wanted Sasuke and one of the Zetsus as payment for helping in the war, so he would be free to attempt to take Sasuke without Obito's intervention.

He never did use inzanagi, otherwise he would of replaced his eyes.

3rd databook stated that he phased through it

Updated chapters show he can absorb chakra and he has mokuton to disperse and heal from the flames, Amatersu is not doing anything.

Because he was set on taking his revenge from everyone ho contributed in the Uchiha massacre, including Madara-or the one he thought was Madara-as he told Itachi during their clash.

Ot: He would have probably sought out 'Madara' in order to kill him, and during his quest BZ would try to win him over, which would be possible if BZ tells him the whole truth about his brother. If not BZ, then Kabuto would have taken that chance to try to side with him as taking over Sasuke was one of his Goals.

Except "Madara" was Obito who would have died in this scenario and Sasuke saw his Sharingan and Obito said he was an Uchiha and he said he knew Itachi so to Sasuke he did kill the last person involved in the massacre

If Zetsu is wearing Akatsuki cloak then Sasuke would Attack him thinking he's there for revenge plus Sasuke was weak and tied up so forced into listening to Obito and Obito was very convincing by how he worded things and for Itachi telling him "Madara" was his teacher. He has no reason to listen to Zetsu and Zetsu's hope was still in Madara since Obito's purpose was to revive Madara. He lead Kabuto where Madara's body was so he could use Edo Tensei on Madara so Zetsu would have been teaming up with Kabuto.
