Theres nothing to judge whether or not he is more durable than the V2 Susanoo by tanking feats because he never had to tank any attacks such as AT in that form so everyone is doubting it because we haven't seen him do anything on that level. The only way we can judge is by attacks that have affected the V2 Susano'o and the V2 Jinchuriki.

Bees exoskeleton over his body in V2 could probably tank AT seeing as Narutos exoskeleton in 6 mode tanked his own BD.

Naruto states Ay's normal punch enhanced by V1 is so heavy that if he took few of them, he's finished. Bee in Base mode tanks a full power Lariat. In other words, Bee's durability in Base alone > KCM Naruto's durability. Add it with Bijuu's cloak, his durability > Kyuubi's V2. The Jinchuuriki's Base stats is not just dependent on the Bijuu, it's also dependent on the Jinchuuriki himself/herself; and Base Bee > Base Naruto.

Here is another proof why V2 Bee is more durable than V3 Susanoo:

Inb4 Onoki enhanced his punch because he didn't. He only made him faster. Of course, the faster you accelerate, the more force produced. That punch destroyed all of V3 Susanoo to dust. Lariat is still Ay's strongest technique, which Base Bee tanked effortlessly.

Bee is more durable than V3 Susanoo and 6K Naruto as well as KCM Naruto. Too bad...¯\_(ツ)_/¯
