Need some help with this mini nautilus tank

So I decided to quit smoking cigarettes and bought a vape.

My problem is that I can't seem to detach the glass part so I can refill it

The guide says simply turn it but that just adjusts the airflow

I have to detach that bottom part.. It's so confusing!

If I don't refill it soon I'm at risk to steal a cigarette from my roommate so please help!
