As I was lurking through the forums I came across a post that said Sasuke's swag alone could neg diff sakura. Then it hit me. It all suddenly made sense. Sasuke literally uses the power of his swag to create attacks like susanoo. Which lead me to one question..who do you think could win in a fight between sasuke and prime hiruzen?
