Frs is a weak attAck I terms of brawns. It sort of like a Hyuuga technique it shoots little senbon like thingy.
So that shoudnt really be counted.
The TBB tells use that focused power and brawn can penetrate his skin.
Tsuande and sakura punches are focused, they are like bombs going off from their hands.
In byakugou mode that punch is amplified.
It will penetrate,
The chakra scapel can be used too, because in tsunAde and sakura hands it is like the 3rds raikage attacks that penetrated him.
