Some of Itachi's 3-tomoe genjutsu confuses his opponent, because they can't even detect that they're caught in it... the scenery around them looks the same. Tsunade loses just as Deidara and Orochimaru lost. 3-tomoe Itachi> Tsunade and her seal. People arguing against this just like to wank Tsunade.

Tsunade breaks genjustu and has a counter for it. Based on feats 3T Itachi only has shuriken and Katons and neither is killing Tsunde.

And he has no answer to Katsuyu.

Depends on the distance. Orochimaru was near Itachi in that moment.

If Itachi is not 5ft from Tsunade then she will have time to realize the genjustu and release her seal to break it.

Again pitting them each against 5 legged Susano is no joke. He was seriously trying to put them down but they made it through.

okay so what exactly would you call it if he wasn't using his full power to finish the fight cough cough PS, and kept showing off his powers along with his quote "this fight is nothing like my fight against Hashirama".

because i call that goofing around/toying with the enemy/playing with your food, so yeah i'm curious to know what exactly would you call that situation ??

Itachi wins, be it MS Itachi, or only 3T.

3T requires a little more elaboration than MS. Right off the bat, Itachi's speed, taijutsu (not speaking in terms of raw power, of course, but that's more or less irrelevant), and reflexes are above Tsunade's. This already gives him a decent upper hand in terms of CQC. Couple that with clone feints, exploding clones, and genjutsu such as Ephermal (which, even if Tsunade has the capability to break 3T genjutsu due to the Byakugou seal or Katsuyu, will still give him openings and opportunities to catch her off guard), and he wins.

 

[Icelerate]

MS healthy Itachi wins low difficulty. Sick MS Itachi wins low-mid difficulty. 3 tomoe Itachi wins high difficulty via Izanami. Without any dojutsu techs, he ain't beating Tsunade.
