The only reason Minato escaped out of Kamui's wrap, is because he already prepared his markings previous the match. It's not allowed in these match-ups, unless the OP allows it. Not to mention long-range Kamui is faster than close-range Kamui, as proven Kakashi out-speeded Obito. [

lol, FTG doesn't change in speed. V2 simply allows Minato to attack faster. Too bad he's not escaping it when he can't react to it.
