That's not what I meant. I am saying that healing someone else, does not mean that you yourself can heal from the damage of the genjutsu. The break out comment was nothing more than an analogy to showcase how ridiculous your assertion was. Tsunade doesn't even have a dojutsu to increase her resistance to the Tsukuyomi. Subsequently, she'll end up with severe brain damage and possible trauma. She will be left in a wreck, and it'll obviously impact her combat ability. Itachi uses Tsukuyomi to mentally rape Tsunade, and then he kills her easily. Lol

Itachi needs MS to beat Tsunade.

Genjustu is not GG as releasing her seal which will then interrupt her network by adding more chakra to it, will break the genjustu. If that doesnt work since Itachi has no intel on how hard it is to kill Tsunade whatever he does to end her will release her(Pain breaks it) from the genjustu and she will easily heal the attack.

The brain is the center of the humans central nervous system. If the brain's fucked up, Tsunade is fucked up as well. Who knows whether she can control her Chakra after days of mental torture, which effect is thrown back to her brain. And as we know, there are no limits inside this realm, as it's under Itachi's control. Kakashi asked himself why he didn't just kill him. Probably this would have been the case probably, or would have ended with brain death, if Itachi let Kakashi burn for 3 days and tore him to shreds, while showing him pictures of his family and comrades being slaughtered.
