As I told you, the difference between half-blood and full-blood is actually quite big. By not being full-blood, Naruto is unable to survive Bijuu extraction. And the reason ninja are in top form is because, well, they're in top form. That includes regular training and exercise, as well as a balanced and healthy diet.
