No Tsukuyomi

With no Tsukuyomi for Itachi, I'd say Nagato and Konan. Gedo Mazou isn't even a big part of his arsenal and with Konan he has great supplementary support to complement his wide scale Rin'negan techs.

1, 4, and 6 would probably be the toughest fights for #2. 1 and 6 because of the teleporting bastards, and 4 because of frog man.

I was think about it. But it wouldn't be fair, knowing how hacks the other are. ( a lot of pepole underestimate Sasori for some stupid reasons :/)

Jiraiya, Oro and Tsunade.

Jiraiya could almost take down Konan and Nagato alone if he had more info.
With Oro and Tsunade at his side he will live long enough to figure everything out if he does not have prior info.
If Nagato is in his real body, than they would have even higher chances.

I dont see the other teams taking down the sannin.
Especially with the restrictions you have written at the bottom of your post.

Some out of the list below counter each other, but I have listed them by how they would do in general.

1-Jiraiya, Oro and Tsunade.
2-Konan and Nagato.
3-Naruto SM and Sasuke MS.
4-Kisame and Itachi.
5-Mei, Gaara and Onoki.
6-Minato and Hiruzen.
7-Killer Bee, Ay and Darui.
8-Sasori, Deidara and Kakuzu.
9-Tobirama and Danzo.
10-Kabuto DMS & 3rd Raikage.

Aint bothering with the rest. 1 & 2 are tied because of the Itachi nerf.
