Even if I had to wait nearly 700 chapters (Kaguya gave them some attention too though) till it is done in a movie , I am happy that is is finaly happening. NaruHina canon on top is something I like as well.

Because it's not baseless. We already know the synopsis of the movie.

And the posters have stated the same line over and over.

"Will Naruto realize the nature of her feelings".

She already confessed, he should already know about this.

Rather than taking the events that happened throughout manga between these two characters as a basis for their relationship and having this movie seal the deal, Naruto's going to fall for Hinata through the events that happen in the movie. Which is a retcon, because it nullifies all of their moments throughout the manga.

You can hope and wait that I'm wrong, but seeing the info that's been released. It's more likely that I'm right.
