Sorry but no, Kakashi only did that damage in a 3 on 1 fighting scenario where Sasuke was distracting her for a bit, then Naruto injuried her then Kakashi jumped in. In a 1 on 1 match she takes him to lava or acid world and he dies unless he goes PS but maintain it will cost chakra plus she can use either her chakra arms or ash bone to break Susanoo and cause him to fall into lava. His intangibility limit is 5 minutes and Sasuke coudn't call upon his PS after getting it smashed by Kaguya. She can come out of her S/T portal and cause Obito to be unable to do anything as she grabs him and absorb his Chakra as she did to Naruto and Sasuke and only Naruto was able to break out of that.
