Water dome is useless in front of Choji who can unstabilise it by going massive.

Ino does mind transfer with Itachi while Shikamaru uses his Shadow binding. Itachi then is hit by Neji having his Tenketsu closed, which will put it as Kisame vs K11. K11 stomp him.. 6th Gated Gai blitzed 30% Kisame without trying. Make it 6th gated Lee (if he meant only 8th gate, if not then it doesn't matter because Lee isn't necessary to win) with shadows restraining Kisame, Choji waiting behind Kisame in his massive butterfly form, Neji sending air palms in the air which he canonically failed to dodge, Tenten shooting non-chakra based projectiles while Sai is sending chakra based projectiles, and you have yourself a dead Kisame. Notice how I haven't even begun to factor in Shino's bugs draining and stopping Samehada's ability to work properly, Hinata's own chakra absorption capabilities via twin lion fist or Kiba's powerful attacks from the war arc.

Mind transfer occurs quicker then Amateratsu does, so I don't see your point. Not to mention Ama hitting Ino-Shika-Cho is a 3/11 chance, so what I said ends up happening. Ino mind transfers into Itachi while Shino's bugs are spammed at Kisame. Shikamaru uses shadows on Itachi and then Hinata absorbs his entire chakra with Twin Lion Fists, or simply closes his chakra network. Meanwhile, Lee, Neji, Kiba, Sakura, TenTen and Choji can be raping Kisame.
