Jura close his eyes and once again began to focus his chakra on the lake near him. He then began to manipulate the water source and once have that's covered, he began to separate the water molecules apart. Successfully turning the water into mist but because it was just a lake he could cover the entire area in mist. So After having done that he once again focus his water chakra inside his mouth and this time while having control over his water chakra he began to split apart the water molecules very thinly and then release the chakra in the form of a misty steam allowing himself to spread it throughout the field.
some negative notes towards the first tech i would say that it might be difficult to do it if your in front of an enemy because if you don't have a big source of water then of course the mist won't take up the whole field which will still leave you visible to the enemy. and for the second tech some negative notes would be that you will constantly will have to be releasing chakra which can wore you out quicker.
Combintaion? hmm well maybe the user can cast a genjutsu? not really sure. senpai
