Tobirama hasnt SM, SM is an automatic sensor like Madara with Hashirama's SM reacting to Tobirama's sneak attack....

No SM sensory isn't auto, all sensory abilities need to be activated as shown with Karin, Tobirama, and Minato to name a few. Naruto needs to want to use it to use it and it takes focus. Also Madara is a sensory type without Hashirama's SM, he sensed Hashirama's chakra from a far distance plus Madara said they were stopping Madara and Obito from sensing the alliance

Well i agree with your post and @ bolded SM need to focus a little bit yeah because if SM users are not moving they would get hit, but SM boost your reflexes by alot! And Madara was simply too fast for him too react. He wasnt distracted by Hashirama, he was listening too him yeah but he was watching Madara the whole time... He would be a bad Shinobi if lost sight of his enemy

I don't know if Madara is faster. However the 3rd Raikage was just some mindless zombie, not even at full power. Madara didn't have that kind of speed until he came back to life.

also Naruto still blocked Madara's blitz as you can see his hands are in a shielding way just like Sai's so both reacted to Madara but we're knocked down
