Hiruzen for obvious reasons, he is his student and knows his every weakness and all his skills and was said to be the strongest Kage of his time. Everyone hates Hiruzen cause he doesn't have any KKG or anything you are all bandwagoners who like who is the coolest and most popular, lames.

The scan says that Hiruzen only surpassed Tobirama in nature-based ninjutsu, which would be expected since Tobirama's lifetime of knowledge gathering is left on a plate for him. And the same goes for Hiruzen's reputed knowledge of all techniques in Konoha, it's just the basic five. The crap "translator" was just crap or biased. The only specialized ninjutsu technique he has is Shiki Fujin.

No FTG, no bloodline and no amazing talent in any other field.

Obvious no bloodline limit abilities. The databook does not need to state that because its obvious he has no KKG.

All ninjutsu means all ninjutsu.
Hidden means hidden techniques like Nara, Akimichi, Yamanaka, Inzua, etc clan based techniques.
Genjutsu means all genjutsu.

That databook translator is legit is a certified translator on Naruto.Wikia.com and NarutoForums. Hes one of the people whos been translating most of the databook translations we have now.

You can stay salty all you want and blame crappy translators but it is what it is. No way around it.

Its pretty much the same thing. In fiction I expect to see things that I don't expect to see in real life. So once again its normal to me. Nothing impressive.

But Tobirama for that fashion swag. Ever since I was little that white fur for a ninja always seemed bad ass. Reason why in winter i like to use giant jackets with fur just like Tobirama.

Tobirama because he established the Academy, Anbu, the Chūnin Exams and the Konoha Military Police Force. Aside from creating many jutsu he also was able to use all 5 natures and was said to be the most proficient person to ever use water element. He was pragmatic and a realist which is why he created the villages organizations and why he put the Uchiha in charge of the police. He did not put them in charge so they would be ostracized, he put them in charge so they would have some authority and also so they would have something to call their own and be proud of in the hopes it would keep them busy and out of trouble. While it didn't work out that way, his intentions were good. He was leery of the Uchiha he did not hate them.

While I do like Hiruzen, Tobirama was a better hokage. It was because of all of Tobirama's accomplishments and work he did for the village that enabled Hiruzen to become the Professor and learn and become proficient at all of the villages jutsus. Without Tobirama's hard work Prime Hiruzen would not have been possible. Hiruzen was also way too trusting which led to many of the villages problems. He let Orochimaru escape when he should have killed him for experimenting on the villages children, he did not kill Danzo even after Danzo tried to have him killed. He didn't even discipline him for it. If he had handled Danzo as he should have Danzo would not have been able to blackmail Itachi into killing his clan. I enjoyed watching his battle with Tobirama and Hashirama and he did will during the war bur I don't think he could beat Prime Tobirama who taught him much of what he knew.

, no clue where you got better talent = more powerful. Tobirama's chakra is enough to give Hiruzen heart attacks.

Furthermore, no amount of talent can overcome sheer difference in power.

I like Tobirama because of Gojo, Edo tensei, and ftg.

I mean those are some pretty lethal creative moves.

He's an inventor, he creates all these A to S-rank techniques that characters such as Minato, Naruto, Orochimaru, Kabuto, and Hiruzen uses on a daily basis.

And he's got a furry gear.... It's amazing

Hiruzen is one of my favorite characters but he wouldn't push Tobirama past Mid-diff.
