Hashi level chakra and cells? Itachi puts up susanoo with Yata equipped and neji and him proceed to rape. Itachi put up susanoo faster than raw lightning. So no he's not getting blitzed. Top speed punch means Raikage runs in a linear direction and gets Amaterasu to the face, or totsuka, if you believe totsuka can pierce his shroud. Irrelevant anyways since moving at a straight line is the stupidest thing you can do against itachi.Lol. Is this how you imagined Ay beating them? I'll argue that neji can beat Ay with these conditions.
