I believe Kishimoto originally planned to have him as the final antagonist and show unimaginable new techniques with his completed rikudou form after obtaining his second eye. Expanding all six paths to far greater magnitudes than Nagato as well as even combining them. However, at the last moment, I believe he changed it to Kaguya, either because he was tired of Madara, or was looking to make a good twist and explain things that had been in the dark for a while. Zetsu's explanation of things fit and resolved unresolved plot elements such as how Kaguto obtained Madara's remains, but I just don't think Kaguya was foreshadowed or developed enough to be the final. Her personality was quite one-dimensional as well, though I will her techniques and the choreography of the fight with her was good.

Well, i still enjoy and entertained what madara can bring, and no matter how many times i read the manga madara has something that i cannot found by any character, well i go to decide bykishis idea, that knows the entirety character of madara, which as ive heard "madara has no weakness, even i do not know how to beat/defeat him" this is his praised only to madara, let say manga is idea of kishi, but this praised is directly his idea.....this is fact?

Madara with hashiramas cells and biju power is not full power madara that's madara with borrowed power. Full powered madara is equal and slightly weaker than sasuke and Naruto at best and not powerful enough to take down hashirama whom I believe to be equal to sasuke and Naruto.

Madara was seriously trolled. Just when I was in the mood to see him use his pull potential, that gibbon with a nuke in hand pops in. Kishimoto simply bloated everyone far too much. He should have known when to stop, as that resulted in him throwing Madara out without much of any reason.
