When kaguya revived she absorbed the chakra from the people caught in IT making her chakra levels in a completely different tier of those of madara jin and juubito, but when she got sealed she transformed into the gedo mazo and she spitted out the tail beast along with madara, so if kaguya had more chakra than the juubi itself because she absorbed chakra from people of the IT that could mean that when she got sealed that extra chakra must have gone somewhere and the most logical choice would be the 9 bijuu, so that means the 9 bijuu got a powerup with kaguya´s defeat.

Also another thing which caught my attention is that when sasuke absorbed the power from the 9 tail beast, naruto had to send a kurama clone to gather natural energy to be at the same level than sasuke´s susanoo, so that could also mean that earth and nature all together posses an energy at least equally powerful to that of kaguya if not more powerful.

All these are asumptions of course, feel free to leave your opinion.

I think if RM naruto with all beasts would try to absorb natural energy then it might exceeds the kaguya's chakra level.

The MT chakra was the rabbit that spat out madara and it got sealed away. Also nothing can be compared to kaguya in chakra level.

This is what I thought too. I just assumed that the reserves just went back to the shinobi. If not the chakra just evaporated into air.
