This is not true since he only has all basic elements and yin and yang plus the bijuu elements he does not have storm release or blaze release and dust release nor any other combination elements.

Sakura already took over water and earth.
They are restricted by the dead lock.
Sasuke will never use wind,water or earth attacks.
Naruto won't ever use fire and lightening attacks, and neither will sakura.
