So you got Kisame, who cannonically defeated both Killer Bee and Roshi, and paired him with Deidara who defeated Gaara and the 3 tails... Then restrict TBB's....

-Kisame already beat Killer bee in canon, without him using bijuu mode. Of course, you restricted multiple bijuudamas, which are the main reason he could beat Kisame if bloodlusted. All of his other moves like whirlwind are not strong enough to put Kiame down permanently.
-Once the water dome comes out, KB loses.
-Also, Deidara would have flown out of range of the WD, and his bombs have canonically increased in explosion radius under water.(blew up turtle island). Subsequently, if Roshi tries to escape while Kisame is handling Killer bee, Deidara should pin point Roshi's location with his eyes(can see long range IIRC), and nuke him with a c2 or maybe c3.

You're not factoring Roshi. He's a great asset against both Kisame and Deidara. Kisame's Samehada and water attacks can be countered by lava, which can be spit in huge quantities and in formidable size

As for Kisame, he's in a pinch because Samehada can't absorb lava, which it deems too hot, and he's forced to fight both Roshi in CQC with his lava armor, and B who can blow his chest off with a lariat. Eventually, he's either forced to create a dome or he dies, but Bijuu Hachimaki destroys the dome or Goku's lava evaporates it.

Deidara is not a factor in this fight, and he's a burden for Kisame. If he even tries to hurt B and Roshi, when Curse Mark tanked all his attacks bar C3 (but that kills Kisame too and Bijuu Mode can probably tank it), V2 transformations shrug off all his attacks. And eventually he runs out of clay. They have no way of hurting Jinchuuriki while Jinchuuriki do.

I'll respond in depth later, but IIRC, didn't Kisame canonically beat Roshi, and he said it was only a "little difficulty"? I fail to see how Samaheda can't absorb Lava, or how it counters his gigantic suitons as a result.

Lava is even hotter than regular fire, and Goku has shown to produce lava as big as a Bijuu. But that fight was offpanel, Kisame has never been at his strongest, and he wasn't a perfect Jinchuuriki at that time so it doesn't really matter.

jins should win more than not.

The only reason kisame did anything to bee was because bee had no knowledge and he was protecting his friends. With manga knowledge and no friends to protect, kisame gets a V2 lariat to the chest, and gets his sword tossed away, bee doesn't waste time and chakra using V1 in order to learn about kisame's abilities, nor does he have to grab kisame and push him with V2 in order to save his friends from drowning.

Deidara also didn't solo the sanbi,

The only thing that could win it for team 2 is C4 since neither jins are sensors, and kisame can breath in the bombs since he can just absorb all of their chakra resulting in a dud.

--Roshi gets taken care of just how he did in canon, whilst deidara stalls bee and evades all of his attacks through his flight advantage

--Once Roshi gets taken out, Killer bee gets constantly attacked by clay bombs and with Kisame still being able to absorb his shroud and use water dome, assisted with deidaras clay dragons confirms their win,
