I have to say, that taking into account Kishi's ability to write female characters, Hinata is really one hell of an inspiration to us all!

-Even in the academy, when all the other females were fangirling over Sasuke, she was the only one to recognise Naruto. She probably saw Naruto's inner strength.
-This shows that Hinata has an incredibly high EQ to pick out someone with an incredible personality as Naruto.
-She also turned her love for Naruto into true strength, as she adopted his "nindo" into a fighting style, which is a grand example of handling love in an appropriate manner.(to protect all her comrades and friends that mean so much to her.)

So yes, the Lady Hinata is an inspiration to us all. Hats off to her.

Well u are right.

The only thing that makes me wonder, is why she didnt talk to Naruto before they ended the academy? She saw that he has no friends, and is lonely, ya I know she is shy etc. but still

Hinata has one of the most astonishing character developments in the entire series.

She could barely give Naruto medicine after his battle against Kiba in part one.
She fainted when she saw Naruto in Shippuden part one.

Now she is CONSULTING him on advice, fighting for him, and she even fought Pain for him.

She's one of the coolest characters in my opinion.

Indeed. Her development is basically about how she uses her love for Naruto, to increase her own strength and will to protect her comrades!(she improves at using it throughout the series steadily.)

Yes this is all nice but in the end her character is too Naruto centric.

I dunno. She calmed down in the war arc, she only talks about Naruto when she wanted to protect him or when saw him in the battlefield with the Byakugan.

No its pretty much every thought. Its too much to the point where her DB4 entry doesnt even mention her teammates, doesnt seem like she has a relationship with them at all.

Her speech just after neji's death was inspirational. Kishi did a good job.

I agree sadly. Kishimoto didn't do the k11 justice at all. I mean Kiba is still Kiba, and Shino is still ..Shino. There wasn't much development and we both know you are not the same person you once where 3+ years ago, and so forth.

Hinata's obession over Naruto was cute in Naruto.

In Shippuden part one is was cute, but now it's like ...yuck xD. But it still feels a bit more natural than the other ships presented besides ShikaxTemari.

The thing is, pretty much all the k11+others had the same "base" personality as they did in early part 1. They are just more matured now. The only ones who have really changed from the beginning of Part 1 are Sasuke and Gaara, but they were originally on the "dark" side.

Oh yes, greatly inspiring!

We can all learn from her, being deluded and living in a fantasy is a great way to be.

It was quite impressive how the stalker ended married to her target. This is a message all of us who hide in gardens staring into windows can appreciate

Kishi knows people like Big Boob Pokemon who is just obsessed with a Pokemon trainer who has no intrest in her for 699 chps
also add the the fact she dosen't give $#!t about villlage or clan U_U

Inb4 caterpie.

OT: Eh, maybe she is to some, but I've never been shy in my life, so I wouldn't understand.

agreed i loved her character right of the bat when i first watched naruto part 1 episode 1 now that i think back on it to see her from that first episode all shy and the only one quietly cheering on naruto to now having the confidence to speak her mind and be there for naruto in dire situations and now her dream of being with the one she always truly loved is fulfilled. thats really great character development in my opinion
