Sasuke's rinnegan

As you can see with the link provided above it appears that Sasuke has 9 tomoe in his left eye (rinnegan). It hows 3 rings in his eye each of them containing 3 tomoe. In the first ring closest to the pupil it shows 2 but we know there are 3 then there is another ring with 1 with the other 2 on the other side of his pupil which are not visible. The last ring shows 2 tomoe with the final on the opposite side of his pupil. If you add that up that makes 9 tomoe in his rinnegan.

Don't know if this is a drawing mistake but this is just an assumption of mine.
