In my mind the only logical reason for Sakura's offer at the end of this chapter, are in an attempt to decieve Sasuke. Whether she loves him or not, it's made clear that she realises he's become a dark, evil ninja. It's even explored during this week's manga (a point that a lot of people have overlooked:

). She says "He's like a different person..." it isn't like that's admiration on her part, is it? She's just seeing him for what he is. And furthermore, it seems unlikely that Sasuke is going to accept her as an ally, given his expression on this page's final panel:

To me, he looks very bitter, almost angry that she'd interupted him about to kill Karin.
At this point I believe he's prepared to take out anyone blocking him from the path of vengeance. He just wants Konoha gone. Anyone trying to stop him will be caught in the crossfire.
I wasn't really a fan of the way Sai, Lee and Kiba got taken care of so easily. All three are at least fairly competent ninja, you'd think they'd be more adept at taking in all of their surroundings, even in battle.
I did however, like seeing Karin's flashback in the Forest of Death exam, despite still hoping she dies in the coming chapters. That's what a flashback often implies in these situations anyway. It isn't that I hate her character, just that I feel it's a good time for her to go.
And look how much Sasuke has changed, since that exam:

Sakura's right, it's easily clear to see how much of a different person he is.
I'm glad Madara didn't get Shisui's eye. Its powers sounded fantastic, and given how powerful Madara already is/will be, I felt he shouldn't gain another. Would have been nice to see Kakashi get it, though. Something like that could make him an even better candidate for Hokage. Kamui, mind control, some unnamed genjutsu, and regular sharingan? Epic.
