Besides being a plot device for Obito's character, she's basically a softer version of Sakura without the character deficiencies that Sakura has. She isn't that bad.

To be honest, he isn't even among the characters from Naruto I really like.
I prefer Madara and Hashirama. I find their story to be very well written. Yahiko also seems great. Obito too.
I know men are attracted to female, but some men are rly pervert like trying to sneak peak at females stuff and butting in females matter, also posting degrading pics of females, like shaking their tits and ass u know is just wrong, also taking shit about females like saying "mellon", while many guys dont do this, they have pics of other stuff like soccer and all hence they are not call perverts
So there is difference between a pervert and proper men

Not my kind of character, but he is a part of the story after all. I dislike his personality, but I still understand that his presence added to the series, by making it more dramatic.
