I was reading Minato's wiki page and to my surprise I saw his nature transformations ( and it obviously surprised be as he never showed them in the manga ) and I saw a link to the 4th databook.

Does anyone have it, but in English?

You can check the 4th databook thread in the manga section. They update the info every now and then. There's a lot to read already

I meant years for an official translation which will actually be released. I obviously know about the thread in the manga section.

Meh, 1 year seems too short. The people who translate have other things to translate. There's 180+ pages plus they have to be very accurate and Japanese Kanji are incredibly intricate and hard to translate.
