One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

As Shino and Shun were on their vacation, enjoying the cool breeze on the grass, they saw the duo(sky and dev) interrupt their fun. Knowing that what they both want is nothing but battle, Shino quickly passively releases half of all the bugs on his body to move within the tall grasses(so they are not noticeable) and spread all over the battle field then Shun quickly creates a clone made of smoke to his side and at a split of a second, Shino quickly points to the sky, summoning lightning from the sky to strike shisui and also Shun quickly opens a scroll on the ground and sends his katon chakra into it, to unlock the seal and release a dragon made of fire from it to advance towards shisui and if successful, the dragon will hit shisui and explode, destroying shisui in flames. Then Shino says to Shun That should end the teleporter, now to end the other dude. Then Shino stares as Shisui while Shun stares at Shisui's partner

Shusui and Bolin were on a hunting expedition until they met some lame ass duo. A dwarf and a middle height ninja kid. Shusui couldnt hold in his laughter as he bursts out :
"Are we in for a clown party ....... You guys are one bunch of kids".
Bolin explained also almost laughing, "You cant expect kids to change overnight".
Without plesantaries, Shun makes a clone, Bolin says out to Shusui, "take the ninja kid, i'll deal with the weird one in glasses." As the clone emerges, Bolin passes his doton chakra into the earth beneath Shino condensing it to sprout out 4 thick earth pillars with piercing capabilities to pierce swiftly through Shino's ankle unexpectedly. The pillars wouldnt make emerging/rumbling sounds so dont count on that.
In sync, Shun opens the scroll thus emerging a dragon of fire, Shusui smirks "so weak, are you even a shinobi". Before the dragon comes close, Shusui gathers suiton chakra into his throat weaving 1hs before releasing a condensed bullet of water at the dragon nullifying its effect completely.
Bolin signals to Shusui as they both jump backwards into long range a few metres from each other, both of their gazes on each of their foes. Bolin finishes by making a clone of earth but unknown to Shino and Shun, its made of earth taking the resemblance of Shusui making it seem Shusui created it.

As the bugs around Shino's feet got forcefully pushed up(and some pushed aside) by the emerging spike of earth created by Bolin, Shino felt it and at once(before the spikes could emerge successfully to pierce Shino), Shino quickly releases lightning from all over his body to form an armor of lightning around him which shatters the incoming earth spike on contact with the lightning armor. Then Shino lets out a deep sigh which was the time Shun's fire dragon was quenched by the bullet of water release by Shisou which creates a thick mist all over the battle field then Shino quickly uses the opportunity to point to the sky in order to summon lightning from the sky to strike Shisou from above(this happened before Bolin could send a signal to Shisou and before they both leaped to long range)(don't try to say that you see it because the mist will block your vision) then before Bolin created a stone clone, Shun quickly performs the required handseals and erects 4 pillars of earth all around Bolin to release a barrage of lightning from its edge to strike Bolin in the middle.

I edited the part which needed to be edited and left the rest because there is no other mistake.
By simple english, you should be able to understand what I said, I said the bugs spread all around the battleground NOT towards both of you so since i am on the battleground, some of the bugs will also be around me since they spread all over the battleground. I understand that the spikes are big, not tiny(so they won't kill my bugs) so they will push some of my bugs upwards and some sidewards. If you also say that the spike is fast, I would like to remind you that I generated the lightning, starting from my feet and also remember that lightning is the fastest element and earth is the slowest. Also I didn't break the time frame, this is the time frame

Shusui after cancelling Shun's fire attack, he sees Bolin's spikes and as Shino creates his water pillar to successful lift himself high roughly 5m above ground, Shusui points to the sky summoning lightning to strike Shino from above unexpectedly back to the ground. While Shusui was doing this, on the verge of watching his back from Shun, Bolin weaves a single handseal (speciality) before slamming his hands on the ground to erect four pillars of earth that releases bolts of lightning from each angle with Shun in the middle electrocuting him to death.

As Shino hears the sound of the incoming lightning that was about to strike him, Shino quickly released a gust of wind from his mouth to the right to push him 5 metres to the left in order to evade the jutsu and as Shun notices the earth emerging from the ground around him, Shun knew the jutsu that was been performed(since he has learned it) then at once, Shun quickly generates a ball of lightning to form a barrier around him(before the lightning was released from the tip of the pillars) so that the barrier of lightning can intercept the lightning strike and leave Shun undamaged. Then Shino says with a smile You have to be kidding me, did you really think those attacks could finish us?(he then shakes his head in dissappointment) and continues by saying to Shun Shall we end this? Then Shun replies Yes we shall then Shino quickly controls the bugs(that are already on Bolin's body) to form a sphere of bugs around Bolin and suck Bolin's chakra dry.
