8. Most likely or he tried to release Kaguya finding her way to deal with humankind as only way to remove chakra from the world.
9. Possible or use them as sacrifices to bring Ootsutsuki people back
10. doubt it. The monster looks more like Hamura, which shows That Toneri most likely merged dead Hamura body(idk how he died) with giant piece of rock or fused him with it using yang release he brought life to him but control him to bring judgement on humankind and against his own descendants, Hyuuga.

8. Good connection, perhaps he wants to take over Kaguya failed then. They both do have the humans are bad for using chakra logic as well.
9. I like this idea since that actually might make sense if he wants to bring back his clan. I remember theorizing a while ago, that Kaguya might've made White Zetsus as attempts to bring back her people. So perhaps Toneri might use Hyugas as seeds to sprout the Ohtsutsuki.
10. Very intuitive lol, and that would make sense as well. A part of me thinks that Toneri is merely a puppet for Hamura is orchestrating something. I am sure we will see him in the movie but the only thing I wonder is why has Hagoromo not explained what happened to him. But Hamura being a villain can fit as well in the sense that Naruto defeats him and finally fufills his promise of changing the Hyuuga.

Same here my friend. True, I want to have a good villain after Kaguya's disappointment. That's interesting, I remember seeing some images along with the monster one from the Last. I think one was Toneri transforming, will have to go back and look for it.
