So what are the actual colours

Sasuke's rinnegan is purple.

Only the Juubi's eye and Madara/Kaguya's third eye is red.

The real colors will be confirmed in the anime. Those sites just use the colors they 'think' is right. For example how they made Itachis susanoo yellow but in the anime it was orange.

It was actually an error as a result of Shueisha's production team, where Sasuke's Rinnegan was coloured red, like Madara and Kaguya's "Rinne-Sharingan". Later illustrations coloured by Kishimoto himself instead depict it with the usual purple colouring of the standard Rinnegan.

The colouration was corrected in subsequent digitally colourized chapters afterwards.

Nope. That was Kishimoto that colored it yellow, the anime changed it to red.
