well it depends what dc characters and what version of DBZ characters are we talking about? early dbz, mid dbz, or end dbz? end of dbz should have no problem against most dc characters. what am saying is if we were to take both verses and put them on the same level where they are close to each other, that would make the most sense.

Superman one million doesn't have any feats and is not even the strongest superman. Beyonder is an omnipotent being inside his verse. He is above living tribunals and below TOAA and HOTU, and those are the strongest characters in comics.

Spider-Man became the Beyonder controlling space, time and creation. The only version of supes that can fight him is either "sword of supes" or "though robot" and even that's pushing it.
