Sasuke has both Deva path and preta path, so it's safe to assume he has all the paths like Madara. These could counter "immortality."

I think you guys underestimate the jinchuuriki of the 10 tails.
Madara wins. He even has the same amount of bijuu, but unlike Sasuke it's been multiplied by it being transformed into the Juubi and thereafter becoming the jinchuuriki of that tailed beast.

You misunderstand why I bought them up. It's to counter Madara's immortality once Sasuke puts him on the ropes, not to put him on the ropes. Kind of like, Sasuke gives what should be a mortal wound to Madara, and uses these abilities on Madara before he regenerates to finish him off.
