Honestly... Why wasnt Madara the final villain?

What did Kaguya add or do that Madara couldnt have at that point and what did she even bring to the story that was new?
Basically it would have made more sense for the plot to continue and have the final fight rom there on with the new Sasuke and Naruto power ups to be against Madara


Anyone else think that Kishi just might have hated Madara or wanted to f*** with the fanbases by just trolling him like that out of nowhere and making the final villain (Kaguya) last only 11 chapters and come out of nowhere

I think that was just plain bad writing.... Kishi just didnt GAF at that point

At first I loved the idea of how Obito was looking like the final villain and was sad when he got TNJ... But Madara GOT SH*T DONE when he was negging sasuke naruto hashirama tobirama minato kakashi gai everyone which made me respect him as FV... and he always had the upperhand until some sneaky little black thing backstabbed him and created a shitty new villain

It would have been 20 times more epic as a final fight to have Naruto and Sasuke go all out on the badass MOFO that was f*ckin with the shinobi world for ages and plotted everything out even during his death using Obito as the central villain

Nah it wouldnt have made much sense Oro was clearly only a real threat in part 1 and was used as Sasuke's b*tch for the latter part of the series... I would rather have BZ as FV than Oro (idk about Kaguya though she was literally JUST THERE)

This is the best answer. It was clear that Kishi loved Madara, so much so that he had no way of ever losing. So he brought in Kaguya (ie the strongest in the world) to "take him down" and also reveal some history behind Hagoromo.
