[Discussion] How is your father-son/father-daughter relationship like?

Our relationship with my dad isn't bad but it isn't good either.

To be honest, sometimes i feel like he hates children.

My relation is a bit complicated. My dad has never beat me or even scolded me. He never turns my requests down. Only thing that he emphasizes is that you should respect others and be respectful yourself. Still when he calls me out when I am not near I feel like wetting my pants, cuz of his fear. That fear is mostly respect for him
