It might be late, but did anyone find it sad when anne bonny started singing and then Edward sails with Jennifer. It was quite sad IMO.

Edward was my second favorite assassin, second to Ezio. But yeah he had that coming to him

The cutscene after the credit was shown that edward was with his daughter lifting up haytham, they seemed quite happy. But edward was later killed in 1735 by some unknown fodders, which is quite ironic for some reason.

I didn't even get to the end. As much as I liked playing the game, I could only handle so much of sailing and gave up.

The naval mission are annoying, my profile got corrupted so I just modded the ship after restarting it again to save trouble, the thing is, the game gets interesting as it progresses further on into the story.

No, it isn't. As an Assassin's Creed game, it's quite mediocre. As a pirate game however, it's probably the best pirate game in existence.
