Do you mean if those jutsus can kill the third raikage? No they can't. Suidanha's best feat is cutting through branches the god tree, something Madara's gunbai(which is not meant to cut) was doing with ease. We have no feats for Tobirama using high level katons, but even if he could, they aren't putting down the Raikage. Dodai said that Fuuton was the nature transformation most likely to kill the third, but he survived Temari's futons(with a help of a squad) with little damage, and survived KCM naruto's rasenshuriken.
