wtf?? I could've sworn the only time we see Sasuke in the hospital with Naruto is when after Tsunade healed Sasuke or in the anime it happen after that filler arc and Sasuke was definately mad serious peeking Hate on Naruto so I don't think it's the one.

I think he was in hospital after the Itachi thing. After that there was a filler, this one with the green haired guy. Sasuke was out of the hospital and fighting along Naruto vs that green haired dude who apparently hospitalised him again lol, so the story could go on like in the manga. Stupid but whatever.
