No I respect Sakura for what she did. Ain't nothing wrong with what she did either.

- Sasuke changed. And her feelings towards him changed also with that, and she pretty blunt about her wanting to go with Sasuke.

- Plus, since they got married, Sasuke is now Sakura's Biotch lollll. Just like Naruto is hinata's.

But the Senju clan was an asspull which Kishi obvious didn't think of in part 1. I mean what happened to them?
^^ You clearly have no idea how the "senju clan" worked.

Since I came to NB I have supported both Sakura's character and her abilities. She was one of my favorite characters. I cannot defend her character anymore. There is nothing to defend really, the haters were right, she did end up loving Sasuke all the way till the end. That right there destroys any development I thought she had.

Her development wasn't about getting with Naruto, it was simply getting over Sasuke. In the end she did not do that. She could have ended up alone or with anyone, anyone but SASUKE.

As everyone has already stated, her ending only shows she has no self respect. No smart girl goes back to the beater. She attacked first but she did not go through with it and he does, twice. Ok he was pretty evil at that point in the summit but even in the war where Sasuke was pretty sane in the head, he still puts her down and LEAVES HER TO DIE (Remember Kakashi had to save her). Sakura, he left you to die and even after you saved him, he THANKS HIS F U C KING ABILITY(Look at the VIZ, he thanks his ability to shift, not Sakura or Obito). He doesnt even thank you for saving his life.

I mean this panel almost made me cry, like I honestly couldnt believe she did that. Kishimoto really never thought much of her. Continuing to love the guy who did you wrong is not a redeeming quality.

There isnt much else I can say about the situation. Sakura should have gotten over Sasuke. That would have been great development to her character. It would have been a great thing but I simply dont know why Kishimoto ended her character in the way that he did. I guess it will always baffle me. Dont get me started on her in the 700.

Sasusaku you got your pairing but lost Sakura in the end sadly.
Well i guess Kishi didnt thought about NOTHING in the end, he only was fixed to get this series done. Well KISHI thank you for the last 15 years...but **** YOU for the ending...this LAME explanation of Narutos Future you squeezed into ****ING 2 EPISODES...i honestly think its not only Sakura who ended as victim of his impatience its almost every Naruto Char. Im that disappointed

What's good about what she did at the end of chapter 699? You don't think that it's a decline in her character? Are you just saying this because you thought it was cute of her to blush at Sasuke again and volunteer to go with him and leave everything behind? Do you even see flaws in this character or do you just acknowledge everything she does as good?

"Flaws" no character is perfect, Characters are made to fulfill specific roles. So these "flaws" that you talk about do no exist.

Furthermore, you seem to have her being "shy" or wanting to go with the guy she loves confused with her acting like a litle girl in front of him. And I didn't read Naruto for its pairings.. Its just pathetic, when people want to claim Sakura has flaws, but claim alot of the villains to be "perfect" characters. While not acknowledging the fact, that characters are made for specific things.

"Madara was a villain, he wasn't a good guy and couldn't think right " = The biggest flawed character in Naruto history, right obito/kabuto/orochimaru.... <<<< If we start doing the flawed game, we'd end up bashing most of the villains of NAruto-verse, and then most of the side characters alot of the kages and konoha ninja.

flaw: a mark, fault, or other imperfection that mars a substance or object.

PS: she could've done more good while traveling around the world, teaching medical ninjutsu.

Didn't Hashirama and Tobirama appear in part 1? But yeah, I agree how it's very retarded that Kishi never even bothers to delve in to the history of the Senju [or Uzumaki and Hyuga for that matter] in greater detail, considering the importance he gave to these three clans. It was always Uchiha history, Uchiha techniques, Uchiha members, Uchiha relationships that got developed. This is why so many people have a hard time accepting the whole Senju > Uchiha BS.

We don't even get a reason as to why Hashirama was the only one who even possessed wood style. What a let down.

In part 1 Hashirama and Tobirama names weren't revealed. There was no mentioning of the name "Senju". Tsunade is never addressed to as a Senju. Hence why I think Kishi didn't think of the clan until part 2.

Yeah, one of the many half-assed ideas in this series. The Uchiha and Sasuke got way too exposure. I think Kishi should have resolved Sasuke's story in the Kage Summit arc instead of the final arc.

And you consider her position at the end of chapter 699 to not be a "flaw"?

Furthermore, you seem to have her being "shy" or wanting to go with the guy she loves confused with her acting like a litle girl in front of him.
Her reactions and way of speech are just like from the beginning of part I. Nothing has changed from that scan.

And I didn't read Naruto for its pairings.. Its just pathetic, when people want to claim Sakura has flaws, but claim alot of the villains to be "perfect" characters. While not acknowledging the fact, that characters are made for specific things.
So what if Sakura showed the opposite of what she displayed. Instead of volunteering to go with him into the world, she decides to put him in his place and act like she does around Naruto.

That moment at the end of 699 completely negated her development throughout Shippuden and turned her into a weak little girl that's weak in the sight of Sasuke. It's quite sad.

As you said, all characters have flaws, but that's not the point that I'm trying to hear. I want to hear how you feel that Sakura's sudden crap towards Sasuke is justified.

flaw: a mark, fault, or other imperfection that mars a substance or object.
You don't have to give me the definition.

If you know the definition of that word then you can easily spot Sakura as a terrible character with a lot of flaws.

PS: she could've done more good while traveling around the world, teaching medical ninjutsu.
Then she wouldn't need to volunteer to go with Sasuke. If she can travel around the world and teach medical ninjutsu to other people then she can do that on her own. Why does she need to do that with Sasuke? Oh that's right, because she has no self respect, but I'm sure you've heard that a lot, right?

I don't know how Sakura and Hinata keep getting interchanged with each other.

But the wank is too damn high.

They each got their respective lives so lets all calm down.

Blazing, LB, KH, and others are getting way too hyped, salty, or rustled.

-sigh-, no clue why people break up the post to reply to others.

- Naruto is still the same idiot.. i guess hes flawed

- Shikamaru is still the same smartass.. i guess hes flawed

- Sasuke is back to his part 1 personality ... i guess hes flawed

So characters keeping their personalties = flaw?

PS: How do you know Sakura doesn't boss around Sasuke after they get married or whenever hes home? Sasuke and Sakura are identical to Minato and Kushina. People must be really naive if yall think Sakura is always lovey dovey to sasuke after they get married... yea that ain't happening.

And can you show me where I stated the reason she chose to go with Sasuke was because of that? All i said was that if she had gone.. it would've been more beneficial. Just common sense.

And you want to know how i feel right? Well i feel that people are b*tching and moaning, about a character for no god damn reason.... especially when some of these people have made retarded excuses to bash on her character.

Because, if it's done enough times. You're going to want to stop debating/arguing with them.
Should tell them to not start it then.. duhr duhr.

It makes it more organized imo.

I don't like typing clumps and walls of text without a break.
x-x ehh i get what you mean, but when reading it normally, the division of the quote can sometimes affect the context.

But people need to accept Sakura's character. I don't see people bashing Kushina .. when she truned from a fiesty red head to getting alll shy in front of Minato...

It is a very legit excuse. Your post just solidified it. Note, that most of the characters you just listed were, at one point, villains. Villains have a character development advantage. Villains, being the enemies the MC has to beat, or convince to turn, usually end up with development of some sort. They cannot be equated to a side character, which acts as a support, whereas the villains have a huge focus.
I will give examples like J-man, Gaara, Tsunade, Gai but then i will get the reply of "they got too much focus compared to Hinata".
A good one would be Yahiko then.
Though i do not like these character comparasions. A character can be judged by their own instead of "looking better/worse compared to this or that".

Also, the villains that lost their villain status and reverted to side characters got bland real fast. Take Neji and Garra for example. As villains, they had very complex characters that made them great, but when they became side-characters, they became one-note characters.
I can agree to that, but the "good guy" examples of mine above can still stand here.

To make your point, you need to use side characters that have never been anything else, like Lee and Tenten, and they're pretty much one-note characters like Hinata and Sakura.
To start off, i have nothing against characters which are:
-support-satellite type
-one-note (not 1D but the ones who have a powerful revolving point)
Hence the character in my avy (Takao) is a satellite type but he is my fave from KnB. I seem like a hater to those archtypes, i am not but i look at how they are handled.

Anyway really, Tenten?
Now i will come ot the be as biased one (as Lee is my fave) but he is not a one note character, if he was all about something (in this case hardwork) he could be but his relationship with Gai and side interactions with characters like Neji, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, Gaara makes him more than one-note.

Note, that I don't see anybody hating on Ten Ten despite her remarkably bland character. Why? Because she doesn't have much screen time to get old, that's why.
Because she had like 10 panels...I do not dislike Hinata for lack of panels.
Note that Hinata has never really had any focus, but that Naruto was around, so she didn't even have the chance to develope because she's always off-screen.
The things mattered about her for the sake of story were Naruto related, that's why. Her revolving point is halting her development while it should have improved her.
Heck, one could argue that Hianta and Lee are very similar. I'm serious. Both are low-skill hard-work people, but the reason why some like you like Lee better is probably because he gives a very visible standing and give a power trip while Hinata has not really had a full-scale fight to show what she's got.
That's like saying "interview with the vampire and twilight are pretty similar since they are both about vampires, if one likes one of them s/he should like another". No one of them is actually good while the other is twilight, one common point does not make 2 characters identical.

And me liking a character because of power? I never knew i gave such impression about myself. I always strongly disagreed with dumbasses who likes a character because of power. And if i would base my faves over power i would pick someone who is not Lee.

I disagree strongly. There's a crap ton of things to like about part 2. I personally like it more than part 1. Part 2 was when the development of the MCs finally started to kick in while Part 1 was pretty much only about K11 with a bit of Naruto and Sasuke thrown in. Part 1 was the set up, part 2 is the actual manga moving along.
I did not say i disliked part 2. A good while does not refer to whole part 2. I think it have been going downhill since Pain arc, the whole Kaguya arc was garbage.

No. Not a chance. Sakura had none of that potential. Sorry, but Sakura has always been an "I wish" character where as Guy and Lee have been "I will" characters.
She could grow from being shallow to deeper regarding to what will she be. Being that "normal" person with few standpoints and no visible disabilities, still "nothing special" Sakura could be any of us. Her goals would be more than wishing and become going for it (which happened to an extent). Whatever the route author may take her.

No, you can definitely judge a base. Potential is potential, and Hinata had potential if given the opportunity to be fleshed out like Guy was. Sakura had a TERRIBLE base. A simple fangirl that was annoying and cruel, and nothing else, but moans about how she can't do stuff. As I've said before, she's an "I wish" character as opposed to an "I will" character.
Well i find being dislikable to be a good base in a way. From annoying to cruel, she could be more understanding, mature, kind through the hardships and lessons of life. C'mon, manga has loads of chars who were evil but became good guys after getting talked, she could change to be more likable at time. Being a good person is not building a good foundation for a character.

Again, i do not like the "couldwouldshould" talk because they did not happen.
Naruto vs Sasuke had a good base with all the hype and 2 main characters but i did not like the battle for ex. If a potential is not used at all it does not give result.

We can speak of the unused potential, but we can not pretend like that potential existed.
For example "if Quorthon did not die Bathory could be a much bigger band". I can say that. But due to that, i do not go over and say "due to potential they could have been bigger than Iron Maiden Bathory>Iron Maiden".

Anyway i am out for today. Too tired and my head hurts.

I don't think that Kishimoto should have given the Senju more development. If anything, the Uchiha and Senju got enough. The Uzumaki and especially Hyuuga (but they're supposed to get more in the upcoming movie) needed it.

Kishimoto delved enough into the Senju background. He showed how they essentially founded Konoha, were in an alliance with the Uzumaki, are descendants of Ashura, etc. He also showed their techs (well, he showed Hashirama and Tobirama since part one).

Literally the only thing that the Uchiha got which the Senju didn't is the development between characters for most of the story (Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Obito), however this makes perfect sense. Primarily because they were the members that were alive. There are no known Senju members that kept their clan name (bar Tsunade and we know enough about her). If the 4 main never existed, the Uchiha clan would be in the same boat considering that the actual Uchiha clan itself isn't developed (Fugaku and co are dry, bland characters with little info and panel time... it's evident that Kishimoto didn't care for the Uchiha clan outside of the main 4).

Also, according to Viz the Senju were the most powerful clan during the war era. Lol

If people deny it, it just means that they can't accept the manga. The fact that Madara always lost to Hashirama when they were alive and they were the strongest representatives for their clans just further reconfirms this.

ot: Sakura got what she wanted, which was Sasuke. She even had a kid with him.
