Both teams have prep. I would argue that Orochimaru is superior in anayltical skills for prep. Also Hiruzen is needed.

edit: just noticed Bee's v2 restriction, this match is a lot more interesting. I believe team 1 takes it

A full powered Bee would probably be too much for team 1 to handle. V2 Bee however,
is not. Alone, team 1 would crush him in these conditions. Anyways, with the starting distance,
none of team 2 can cross fast enough before Gaara gathers a crap ton of sand and Deidara
has readied some great explosives, with Hiruzen riding with Gaara or Deidara. They all fly
over their enemies. Kusanagi is blocked by sand or simply dodged. Elemental attacks are countered
by Hiruzen or avoided. Deidara combines explosives with Gaara's sand secretly, and once the sand
goes near them, they start exploding. Some of them become injured, and this gives time for Gaara
to seal Oro and Kakuzu. Bee might be able to endure the attacks and escape. However, at this point,
the remaining three wear him down and kill him, as standing on the ground would make it extremely
difficult for him to hit aerial targets, and he would have to spam bijuu dama, wasting huge amounts of chakra.

Current Zetsu Orochimaru could take on Old Hiruzen and Deidara simultaneously with normal conditions. The tricky part is the location, prep and no intel doe.
