Like in part 1 where there are TV's and radios, etc.
This theme continued in part 2, it seems that the Narutoverse has pretty advanced technology, and in the epilogue we see skyscrapers and stuff and even a laptop!
I always liked to imagine the Narutoverse as a feudal era free from modern technology (with the exception of the Asura path, that was pretty cool) but Kishi kept injecting more and more modern technology into it
My logic at least is that keeping the NV free of technology makes it more consistent, after all, why would people train for years with jutsus when they can just make guns and shells and kill each other that way? It takes way less time and effort.
Would you have preferred if Kishi kept technology out of Narutoverse? Or did you like it as it is?
I personally would've liked it if Kishi cut out the technology to reflect a more feudal/medieval society. Seems more realistic/authentic that way. I obviously don't mind things like forging weapons and metalworking, etc. (they had those back then too) but TVs, radios, laptops, skyscrapers, electric lighting, etc. were way too much.
What are your thoughts NB?
